Through Microsoft Infobip’s SMS and WhatsApp services Are Now Available

Through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing global cloud communications company Infobip has integrated its SMS and WhatsApp channels. Now, it can help businesses boost sales, increase loyalty and deepen customer relationships. Last year, adding its omnichannel capabilities to Microsoft’s platforms, followed Infobip’s distribution of its Communications Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) on Microsoft Azure.

Infobip believes rather than a call customers increasingly want to message a business. So brands should be present where their customers are. It says, by using Dynamics 365 Sales businesses can now use Infobip to build personalized customer communication campaigns using text messages. Then, they get to benefit from WhatApp’s enhanced features such as video capabilities and graphics.

This includes sending personalized coupons to improve products and services collecting customer feedback, potential or existing customers to increase sales, and sending appointment or bespoke event or payment due date reminders. Data coming from a single-view dashboard means users of Dynamics 365 Sales can have a complete view of customer communications across these new channels. It happens when they can see sent and delivered message reports. Integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing makes sure in enterprise companies marketing teams can interact with customers where they are most likely to engage. It is believed by Infobip.

Vice president of strategic partnership of Infobip Veselin Vukovi told that the evolution of their cooperation with Microsoft was successfully able to show its commitment to ensuring businesses can communicate with their customers using their preferred channel. He also told for doing so, they also help improve enhance loyalty, and customer experience and ultimately boost sales. Its network also delivered 225 billion messages last year and via 700 global telecom partners, it is connected to 70% of the world’s mobile devices. He also told that they are glad to be a partner of Microsoft and their new integration will make it easier to make use of their rich channel mix and global reach for customers.

As part of the Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) program, Azure customers will also have the option to use existing Azure credits. It will help to access Infobip’s conversations and cloud contact center solution. Through existing Microsoft procurement relationships businesses can engage partners, sellers, and customers while benefiting from Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and trusted expertise, through this agreement. Vincenzo Esposito, Microsoft general manager told that with Microsoft Dynamics 365 by integrating their solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infobip successfully can add value. He also told that no matter where they are or their channel preferences this ensures businesses, can harness the benefits of digital transformation. To deliver impactful business solutions, together we are enabling omnichannel communication.
