Last month tech giant Apple has revealed the list of the most downloaded apps of 2016 via their app store. And much to everyone’s surprise, Snapchat has beaten Facebook and Twitter and has topped the list of most downloaded apps this year. Last year Snapchat was only in the 5th position but this year the app has straightaway climbed to the top spot. This is indeed an impressive leap!!
Many other big names figured in the top 10. Facebook’s Messenger has taken the 2nd position followed by augmented reality game, Pokemon Go. Snapchat’s biggest rival, Instagram has ranked 4th in the list.
