New Dynamic View is coming to Microsoft Teams Meeting in March
Microsoft is updating its Teams service with a new ‘Dynamic View’ for users to make video calls with presentations a lot easier to view. According to Microsoft, this new Dynamic view will be accessible to all Microsoft Teams users in March. It is preferably for conferences where someone is presenting a slide or if members are viewing a live event together.
Content like reports and videos can be shown alongside speakers. It will more evidently focus on active speakers. “Dynamic view automatically optimizes shared content and video participants in Teams meetings,” the posting speaks. “New controls let you personalize the view to suit your preferences and needs, such as the ability to show shared content and specific participant’s side-by-side.”
You don’t misplace the face-to-face communication while content is being presented. This builds on existing Microsoft Teams features including a large gallery view that allows users to see up to 49 meeting members. Like some other videoconferencing and teamwork podiums, Teams has liked steady and fast development since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and a rush to remote work.
In a conference call with investors in October, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella said there are now more than 115 million daily active users on the podium, representing a 50% increase from what the company reported last April. The company is also working on new integrations between Teams and Outlook that aim to streamline communication and workflows for Microsoft users.
